About the role

Join Levi's Outlet in Camarillo as a Sales Stylist, where you’ll blend fashion expertise with top‑notch customer service to create an engaging shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll help guests discover the perfect look while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and Levi’s promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and the omni‑channel experience.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a genuine interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
