Sales Stylist – Retail Fashion Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Stylist for its Levi’s Outlet in Troutdale, Oregon. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience by combining fashion expertise with outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories, recommending looks that align with current trends and promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Merchandise stocking, floor set and inventory replenishment.
• Customer service and conflict resolution.
