Sales Stylist – Fashion Retail Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Stylist to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience on Staten Island. You will combine fashion expertise with customer‑focused service to drive sales and uphold the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and promotions while aligning with Levi’s service standards.
• Engage shoppers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promote the omni‑channel experience.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment activities.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with store management on escalated issues.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and up‑to‑date with current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Merchandise processing, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
