About the role

The Sales and Service Banker acts as a trusted advisor for customers at the Staten Island Mall branch, building long‑lasting relationships and delivering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions. You will combine front‑line teller duties with proactive sales and service activities to meet both customer needs and branch performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and recommend appropriate banking, lending, and investment products.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service platforms.
• Maintain cash drawer balances and support custodial, audit, and operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and overall performance.
• Provide timely resolutions to customer concerns, fostering loyalty and a high‑quality experience.
