Assistant Store Manager – Operations (Retail)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Empire Outlets location in Staten Island. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Associate Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assume store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze performance data.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members through daily guidance.
• Oversee daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and train staff.
• Strong discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
• Collaborative role model aligned with company culture.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement.
