Sales Specialist – Collision Repair (Orlando, FL)

About the role

The Sales Specialist will lead sales efforts across all 3M brands and products within the collision repair segment of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division. You will collaborate with innovative teams worldwide and support regional programs and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales programs, plans and policies in alignment with supervisor guidance.
• Determine priorities, call frequencies and patterns to maximize effectiveness.
• Support St. Paul and regional initiatives, creating business plans for end‑users.
• Track all activities using the 3M CRM tool.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year sales/automotive aftermarket experience, or high school diploma with 2+ years sales experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
