Sales Representative (Telehealth)

About the role

A fully remote Sales Representative is needed to drive patient growth through warm inbound lead conversion and outbound outreach. You will own the full conversion journey, from first touch to scheduled calls. This is not a passive, script-heavy call center role; it requires initiative, accountability and comfort working independently in a remote startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert warm inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold or inactive leads
• Reach out proactively to potential patients through structured outbound campaigns, by phone, SMS, chat and email
• Educate patients using approved, non-clinical messaging and handle objections with empathy
• Manage your own pipeline, prioritize follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly conversion and activity KPIs
• Collaborate with care and operations teams for seamless onboarding
• Drive revenue growth, improve follow-up systems and help refine outreach messaging as the company scales

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, telesales or high-ticket sales)
• Proven remote sales experience (required)
• Comfortable making 50+ calls per day when needed
• Experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC or wellness preferred
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Professional-level English and comfort working U.S. business hours
