Sales Representative – Chains – North Bay

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to manage chain accounts in the North Bay region. The role focuses on growing supplier brand sales through effective planning, execution, and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service accounts on an efficient daily route, delivering sales presentations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with national account standards.
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives by tracking purchase history, managing stock levels, and meeting distribution, volume, and activity goals for supplier brands.
• Collect payments where legally permissible, support new account openings, and participate in supplier sales initiatives such as blitzes.
• Handle customer issues responsibly and maintain safe interactions with the public while managing alcoholic beverage products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.

What we offer

• Salary range $50,000‑$55,000 per year with eligibility for bonuses and incentives.
