About the role

Greystar is seeking a Sales & Outreach Marketing Consultant to support the growth and visibility of its active‑adult apartment communities. The role focuses on promoting brand awareness, attracting prospective residents aged 55+, and helping achieve leasing and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the 55+ active‑adult demographic.
• Assist with lead generation and research potential residents, referral sources, and local partnerships.
• Collaborate with leasing and property‑management teams to ensure consistent, compelling messaging.
• Represent the community at events, open houses, and local gatherings.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective residents, families, senior organizations, and local influencers.
• Leverage marketing channels such as social media, email, newsletters, and community events.
• Conduct market research on active‑adult living trends.
• Assist in designing and distributing marketing materials aligned with brand standards.
• Track and report on the success of marketing and outreach efforts.
• Provide on‑site support for leasing activities, resident events, and retention programs.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing or outreach, preferably within real‑estate or senior‑housing environments.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfortable representing the community at public events.
