Sales & Outreach Consultant for Active Adult Communities

About the role

The Sales & Outreach Consultant will drive growth and visibility for Greystar’s active‑adult apartment communities in Scottsdale, AZ and surrounding markets. This on‑site role blends marketing strategy with direct sales outreach to attract and retain residents aged 55+.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the 55+ demographic to boost community engagement and leasing.
• Generate and qualify leads by researching potential residents, referral sources, and local partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with leasing and property‑management teams to ensure consistent, compelling messaging.
• Represent the community at open houses, events, and local gatherings to generate interest.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective residents, families, senior organizations, and local influencers.
• Utilize social media, email newsletters, and community events to reach target audiences.
• Conduct market research on active‑adult living trends to inform outreach efforts.
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• Track and report on outreach performance, providing regular updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Prior experience in both marketing and sales, preferably within real‑estate or senior‑living sectors.
• Proven ability to design and implement outreach strategies that drive results.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with an emphasis on the 55+ community.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Scottsdale and engaging with local partners.
