Sales & Operations Specialist, RC Capital

About the role

RevenueCat is launching RC Capital, its first financial services product, Early Payouts, which gives developers faster access to App Store proceeds. As a Sales & Operations Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, from prospect qualification through onboarding, activation, support and portfolio health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, run discovery calls, assess fit and guide prospects to decision.
• Lead approved customers through onboarding, ensuring they can use Early Payouts effectively.
• Serve as primary contact for support, disputes and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams.
• Apply risk and fraud policies, investigate issues, document decisions and escalate high‑impact cases.
• Maintain pipeline and portfolio health metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Improve CRM, support workflows, reporting and automation, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Partner with Marketing on acquisition experiments and campaign execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years in a high‑ownership, customer‑facing commercial or operations role.
• Proven track record moving opportunities through a sales process and managing customer relationships.
• Experience in fintech, payments, lending or embedded finance environments.
• 1‑2 years of marketing or growth experience running CRM‑driven campaigns.
• Strong operational judgment and analytical fluency across CRM and support tools.
