Sales Manager – Jewelry Trade Show Events

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales effort for our Jewelry Events portfolio. The role focuses on driving exhibit space, sponsorship and advertising revenue across B2B trade shows in North America. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for exhibitors and attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to build a qualified pipeline and achieve revenue goals for exhibit space, sponsorship, and advertising.
• Lead, coach and motivate a sales team through training, performance management and professional development.
• Partner with marketing, event operations and sponsorship teams to create integrated sales opportunities that maximize exhibitor engagement.
• Provide regular sales reporting, forecasting and performance analysis to senior leadership.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis and industry engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategy and support business planning.
• Establish and maintain relationships with major accounts and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event sales and sales management, preferably within B2B trade shows.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, operations and sponsorship functions.
