Director, Sponsorship Sales Operations

About the role

ReedPop is seeking a Director of Sponsorship Sales Operations to lead and enhance the commercial processes behind its world‑class pop‑culture events. The role focuses on improving how sponsorship products are sold, delivered, and measured, while driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sponsorship sales operations strategy, covering process improvement, campaign management, product development and fulfillment coordination.
• Lead the sponsorship product management team, overseeing package evaluation, pricing, and client pitch support.
• Identify and develop new sponsorship products and creative revenue opportunities.
• Research emerging tools and technologies to introduce innovative sponsorship concepts.
• Streamline, standardize, automate, or outsource workflows to boost efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Campaign Management, Fulfillment and other functions to enhance sponsorship development, pricing, delivery and reporting.
• Manage priorities, resources, KPIs and project timelines for the Commercial Operations team.
• Coach team members, communicate progress to senior stakeholders and foster strong cross‑functional relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sponsorship, sales operations, commercial operations or campaign management.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• People‑management or team‑leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, tools, workflows and operating models.
• Analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including interaction with senior leaders.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
