Sales & Lifestyle Consultant – The Preserve at Gateway

About the role

The Sales & Lifestyle Consultant executes marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for The Preserve at Gateway, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. Acting as the primary point of contact, you guide prospective residents through the leasing process while showcasing the community’s lifestyle amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to achieve occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including events, resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Utilize the property management software and CRM to track availability, capture prospect data and analyze leasing metrics.
• Maintain show units and common areas to Greystar standards, coordinating with maintenance for upkeep.
• Drive the lease renewal program by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents early and following the Active Adult renewal playbook.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring high satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, marketing, leasing or customer‑service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for legal documents and resident interactions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for sales conversions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and property management applications.
• Competence in word processing, spreadsheets and database management.
• Experience using internet tools for marketing and advertising.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
