Sales Executive Trainee – St. Thomas

As a Sales Executive Trainee you will assist owners and guests in creating memorable vacation experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer owner questions about property use, amenities and provide personalized recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals and leads, and fulfill requests for pricing, property maps, descriptions and room locations.
• Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, promote upcoming offers and develop business opportunities such as reloads and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts to support effective follow‑up.
• Welcome and greet guests, anticipate their needs and ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Background and drug screening as required by state and local regulations.
• Active professional Real Estate License where mandated by law (if applicable).
• At least one year of related experience preferred.
• Physical ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop and stand or walk for extended periods.
