Sales Executive, International Trade Shows/Events

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our International Sales Group, focusing on trade shows and events worldwide. You will drive new business, nurture existing accounts and promote our event and digital solutions to senior‑level prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of RX’s event portfolio and craft value‑based packages aligned with customer objectives.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted trade‑show advisor.
• Engage senior prospects in person and via video‑conferencing, presenting solutions and negotiating contracts.
• Manage the CRM system, pipeline and multi‑event campaigns to track progress and forecast revenue.
• Attend RX and competitor events, as well as scheduled customer visits, to generate leads and gather market intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the sales cycle to ensure seamless delivery.
• Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, mature and willing to go the extra mile to meet sales goals.
• Proven track record of success in a sales environment, preferably with consultative selling experience.
• Strong telephone sales ability at senior level.
• Ability to prioritize projects, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to manage pipelines and campaigns.
