About the role

ATBS is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to join its Inside Sales team. The SDR will be the first point of contact, educating prospects about ATBS’s tax, accounting and consulting services and helping match them to the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls and emails, making 150+ calls daily to cold‑to‑lukewarm trucking industry leads.
Educate potential clients on ATBS services and place them in the appropriate service level.
Answer client questions, support the team, and contribute to best‑practice development.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
Previous sales, business development or high‑volume customer‑facing experience.
Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Base salary $50,000‑$65,000 plus $10,000‑$25,000 commission potential.
