Sales Development Representative – Enterprise

About the role

Join Resolve AI as a Sales Development Representative focused on enterprise customers. You will use modern prospecting tools, AI, and creative outreach to generate high‑propensity leads and schedule meetings with engineering personas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑propensity leads using sales prospecting products, AI, and personal creativity.
• Reach out across email, calls, social media, and events to book meetings that build pipeline.
• Qualify inbound leads quickly, delivering immediate value while assessing fit for Resolve’s solutions.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to refine prospect experiences and share feedback.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Record activities and insights in the CRM to inform the broader GTM organization.

Required profile

• 0.5–1+ years in a pipeline‑generation role, preferably at a fast‑growth tech startup.
• Proven ability to source and qualify leads, with a track record of top performance.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and adapting to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to converse with engineering leaders and on‑call engineers.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Apollo.
