Sales Development Manager

About the role

Reducto is seeking a front‑line Sales Development Manager to partner with the Director of Sales Development and build a high‑performing SDR team that generates pipeline for Growth and Enterprise segments. This on‑site role in San Francisco will shape the sales development function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 8‑10 Sales Development Representatives, providing coaching, tools, and support to hit pipeline targets.
• Evolve Reducto's outbound playbook by testing new prospecting strategies and messaging.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs while establishing individual development plans.
• Run weekly pipeline and forecasting reviews and coach reps on deal‑moving activities.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Account Executives to improve conversion from first touch to closed deal.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management or team‑lead capacity.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management, preferably selling technical or AI/ML products.
• Proven track record prospecting across multiple market segments and personas.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Technical curiosity to understand Reducto's document AI platform and engage ML‑savvy prospects.
