Sales Coordinator – Appointment Scheduling

About the role

Logan Services is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join its Dayton team. This position focuses on sales support and appointment scheduling, connecting interested homeowners with Comfort Advisors. You will not sell HVAC systems but will qualify leads and arrange in‑home appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with incoming leads via phone, text, and email.
• Qualify homeowner needs and schedule appropriate in‑home appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to meet appointment‑setting goals.

Required profile

• Confident, personable communicator comfortable making phone calls.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive, motivated, team‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
