Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Logan Services, you will be the first voice homeowners hear when they need urgent HVAC or plumbing assistance. You will listen, guide, and schedule solutions, directly influencing the customer experience from the initial call to service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners and assess their service needs.
• Schedule HVAC and plumbing appointments, ensuring accurate information for dispatch and technicians.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointment data.
• Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and other teams to provide seamless service.
• Turn stressful situations into positive experiences and build trust with customers.
