Customer Service Representative (5:00 am – 1:30 pm)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will join Roadside Protect, a Bosch Service Solutions business, providing emergency roadside assistance to customers in the U.S. and Canada. The role involves handling inbound calls, gathering dispatch information and delivering empathetic support during critical moments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide professional, empathetic customer support.
• Gather and enter vehicle, driver and incident information accurately into dispatch systems.
• Follow scripts, workflows and client‑specific requirements while communicating next steps to callers.
• Escalate issues according to policy and maintain confidentiality of all information.

Required profile

• U.S. work authorization and high school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work a set schedule on‑site in Itasca, IL.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a desktop computer and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
