About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions' Roadside Protect team in Itasca, IL, as a Customer Service Representative working the early shift (5:00 am – 1:30 pm). You will provide empathetic, professional assistance to drivers in emergency roadside situations.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, gather accurate dispatch information, and enter data into the system.
  • Follow scripts, workflows, and client‑specific requirements while communicating next steps to customers.
  • Escalate issues according to policy and maintain confidentiality of all information.

Required profile

  • U.S. work authorization and ability to work on‑site in Itasca, IL.
  • High school diploma or GED with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Reliable attendance, professionalism, and ability to work a set schedule.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with a desktop computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
