About the role
Santander is seeking a Representative for Digital Operations to support consumer products through file maintenance, research, and data entry. The role involves providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
Key responsibilities
- Process account documentation, scanning, and filing.
- Enter and maintain data for various account types.
- Conduct customer research for branches.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions and apply them.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
