Enrollment Specialist (Bilingual)

About the role

Ceresti Health is looking for compassionate Enrollment Specialists to be the first point of contact for family caregivers eligible for the Caregiver Support Program. This mission‑driven role blends outbound outreach, program education, and enrollment coordination to help families access critical support.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to eligible caregivers, introduce the program, and assess needs.
• Secure caregiver agreement, guide them through enrollment steps, and document interactions in the CRM.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance, participate in team huddles, and share insights to improve scripts and workflows.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfort conducting frequent phone‑based conversations and strong attention to detail.
