Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Logan Services' Dayton call center as a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative. You will assist homeowners with scheduling HVAC and plumbing services, answer inquiries, and ensure they receive the help they need.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from HVAC and plumbing customers.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.
• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and internal teams.
• Handle high call volumes while delivering excellent service.

• Calm and professional under pressure.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, team‑first attitude and reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and learn new systems.
