About the role

Join Job Duck as a Client Intake and Engagement Assistant, serving as the first point of contact for prospective legal clients. You will guide them through the intake process with professionalism, empathy, and confidence, directly contributing to the firm’s growth and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for leadership review.
• Maintain detailed prospect records within the CRM system and track lead activity, consultation outcomes, and conversion metrics.
• Schedule paid consultations for qualified prospects, process payments, and gather relevant client information prior to meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to improve intake procedures, client experience, and overall operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in client intake, lead management, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities, and a reliable remote work setup.
