About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is a fast‑growing home improvement company seeking a driven Sales Closer to meet pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver in‑home presentations and close high‑ticket sales.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 8‑12 pre‑qualified homeowners each week and deliver in‑home presentations.
Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
Present financing options and close sales.
Build lasting customer relationships.
Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

Sales experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 minute drive).
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
Weekend availability (6 days/week).
Industry experience is a plus.
