Join Reiss’s new Macy’s concession at Fashion Fair in Fresno as a part‑time Sales Associate. You will deliver premium, tailored customer service while supporting the management team to meet sales and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and products.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
