About the role
Join Reiss as a Sales Associate on a part‑time basis at our Bloomingdale’s concession in Sherman Oaks. You will deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the management team to meet sales and operational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience.
- Provide in‑depth knowledge of the brand and products.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
- Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
