Outside Sales Consultant – Residential Restoration

About the role

Aspen Contracting, an exterior restoration contractor specializing in roofing, siding and gutter restoration, is hiring Outside Sales Consultants to serve the Greater St. Louis metro area. You will work directly with homeowners, providing property inspections, restoration solutions and customer service from the first appointment through project completion. No roofing experience is required; paid training, tools and support are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and neighborhood outreach
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections of roofs, siding and gutters
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims
• Coordinate with internal production teams and follow up after completion

Required profile

• Full-time schedule; daytime, evenings and occasional weekends depending on appointments
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders, walk residential roofs and lift equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
