Sales and Revenue Manager

About the role

SDBotox, a multi-location medical aesthetics company, is looking for a Sales and Revenue Manager in San Diego (multi-location, local travel required). The role owns and optimizes the sales funnel, focusing on lead management, lead conversion, booking performance and same-store revenue growth. It is a hands-on manager who builds the processes, tools and accountability needed to drive conversion and cross-selling, working closely with Marketing and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales funnel from inbound leads to booked appointments and patient retention, and identify conversion gaps and revenue leakage
• Partner with Marketing to align lead generation with conversion strategy, and with Operations to ensure a seamless in-office patient experience
• Manage daily CRM performance, including inbox management, follow-up cadence and pipeline flow, and optimize lead routing, tagging and tracking
• Improve speed-to-lead and contact rates, and oversee the AI SMS agent and automated communication workflows
• Standardize the sales process across call center, aesthetic consultants and front desk, and train and coach the team
• Optimize scripts, objection handling and booking strategies, and ensure consistent execution across locations with Location Managers
• Track, analyze and report KPIs, and build weekly performance tracking and coaching to drive accountability

Required profile

• 5-10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in multi-location or service-based businesses (aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality or similar)
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through systems and processes
• Experience building SOPs and scalable sales infrastructure
• Strong analytical mindset and leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Required skills

• Deep experience with CRM and lead management platforms (GoHighLevel or similar)
• Ability to turn data into action
