HCM Sales Executive

About the role

Asure Software, which helps businesses grow their human capital through payroll, tax, HR and time and attendance software, is hiring an HCM Sales Executive in San Diego. This is a hybrid position supporting field sales in the Southern California region, focused on building relationships with new prospects and existing customers and creating new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build business relationships with new prospects and current customers and create new revenue opportunities for the HCM platform.
• Spearhead prospecting, run discovery calls and demos, and negotiate deals.
• Identify and develop new prospects in the defined territory through self-generation, networking and business development.
• Penetrate existing Asure clients to expand the scope of the solution and increase value.
• Develop referring relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors and insurance brokers.
• Create high-impact presentations highlighting the benefits of Asure solutions.
• Manage a sales funnel to meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track sales and client service activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience selling payroll and/or HR software is required.
• At least 3 years of consultative software sales experience.
• Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Webex.
• Proven territory management and relationship-building skills.

• On-target earnings of $110,000-$133,000 with an uncapped commission structure.
