Sales Advisor - Madison Avenue Store

About the role

TOTEME, a fashion house founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman, is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join its store on Madison Avenue in New York. The advisor acts as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service, building long-term customer relationships and driving business from sales to brand building. The role reports to the Store Manager and starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement and an elevated shopping experience.
• Work independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.
• Engage in merchandising and styling to keep the store visually compelling.
• Plan and execute daily store operations.
• Work towards company standards and goals.
• Contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within high-end retail or with a strong lifestyle brand.
• Confident in delivering outstanding customer service and building client relationships.
• Interest in fashion, styling and storytelling with an understanding of luxury service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, available to work evenings and weekends.
