Sales Administrator – Hybrid (Christiansburg, VA)

About the role

Moog is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Administrator to join its Industrial Group team in Christiansburg, VA. The role is hybrid, combining onsite collaboration with remote work, and supports the sales operations function.

Key responsibilities

• Research and finalize quotes, then load them into the CRM system.
• Edit and enter contracts and orders into SAP.
• Manage daily inbound inquiries from domestic and international customer accounts, providing timely responses.
• Organize and prioritize account requirements in line with production schedules.
• Collect data and prepare reports for internal and external submissions.
• Update customers on shipment status and participate in status calls.
• Collaborate with field sales staff, primary customers, and internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Apply contract terms and technical product knowledge for commercial and industrial markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet goals.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude toward challenges.
