Customer Resolution Specialist (Contract)

About the role

The Customer Resolution Specialist will join Satair’s team in Herndon, VA, supporting customers across the Americas with spare‑parts inquiries and order processing for Airbus and competitor aircraft. The role combines order management, relationship building and technical support to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, and entry; manage sourcing escalations, back‑orders and logistics for aircraft parts and services.
• Provide customers with information on part availability, pricing, returns, discrepancies, transportation and delivery, ensuring expectations are met.
• Build basic relationships with customers, promote Satair’s services, identify alternative solutions and guide customers to appropriate material sources.
• Support sales and finance teams with debt account reconciliation and respond to technical inquiries using technical documentation and liaison with engineering departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in Business, Sales Administration or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Professional experience in customer service, preferably within aerospace or spare‑parts environments.
• Team‑player attitude with strong communication skills.
