Safety & Security Manager

About the role

Lead regional safety and security initiatives for a beverage distribution operation, protecting people, property and assets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor injury‑prevention programs and loss‑prevention policies.
• Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action planning.
• Maintain and oversee security systems (cameras, alarms, access control) and manage security vendors.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT and EPA compliance, prepare for audits and keep accurate logs.
• Conduct regular safety walks, safety‑committee meetings and deliver EHS communications.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of safety experience in an industrial, warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proven success implementing OSHA‑compliant injury‑prevention programs.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time and lead through a matrix organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations.
• Experience with security systems (cameras, alarms, access control).
• Incident investigation and root‑cause analysis techniques.

What we offer

• Salary range $80,000–$115,000 annually.
• 15 % annual bonus opportunity.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday day shift with occasional night support.
