About the role

The Runner position supports NationsBenefits' NationsMarket operations by moving food products and related items safely and efficiently across the facility. This onsite role ensures proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory to maintain quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Transport food products and related items between areas of the operation, both inside and outside refrigerated zones.
Retrieve unused portions and store them according to standards, maintaining FIFO rotation and proper dating.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, food safety personnel, and co‑workers.

Required profile

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a high‑productivity environment.
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read and follow directions in English.
