Room Attendant (Housekeeper)

About the role

As a Room Attendant at HHM Hotels, you will ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet the brand's standards. You will interact with guests warmly and contribute directly to overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and replenish amenities.
• Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, walls, and equipment.
• Report any needed repairs in guest rooms to management.
• Process lost‑and‑found items according to hotel policy.
• Follow safety procedures, wear protective equipment, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Assist with house‑person and lobby duties during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
