About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food to guests. You will work in a fast‑casual environment where every shift offers the chance to learn new stations, from grilling to cash handling.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items according to Chipotle standards.
• Operate the grill, prep stations, salsa bar, and cash register safely and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, answering questions and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout the restaurant, including regular sanitizing and proper storage.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep workflow smooth during busy periods.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.

Required skills

• Basic food preparation and handling skills.
• Cash register operation and point‑of‑sale experience (if any).
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols.
