About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food to guests. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, learning to operate multiple stations while providing friendly, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s standards for freshness and safety.
• Operate the grill, prep area, salsa station, and cash register as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly during peak periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the location.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
