Roadside Assistance Territory Manager – Northeast

About the role

The Roadside Assistance Territory Manager will lead the growth and performance of Bosch’s Roadside Protect network in the Northeast United States. Reporting to the Director of Product & Partner Management, you will be responsible for managing contractor relationships, ensuring service quality, and meeting financial targets while traveling throughout the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage adherence to territory plans, monitoring performance metrics such as acceptance/arrival time, customer experience, claims cost, and in‑network dispatch growth.
• Conduct market bids to secure the best combination of price and performance for towing and roadside assistance services.
• Handle contracting and onboarding of new towing and roadside assistance partners after management approval.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and damage cases arising from territory activities.
• Inspect towing facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Recruit and prepare towing and roadside assistance companies to meet or exceed business standards.
• Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing contractor or network relationships in logistics, transport, or roadside assistance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available).
