About the role
Provide compassionate nursing care to a 12‑year‑old non‑verbal client in a private home in Magnolia, NJ. Support the child’s independence while fostering trust and a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 9‑hour day shifts and weekend overnight coverage as needed.
- Assist with daily activities, monitor health status, and communicate observations to the family.
- Use sign language to interact effectively with the client.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with pediatric experience.
- Compassionate, patient‑centered attitude and ability to build strong relationships with families.
Required skills
- Proficiency in pediatric home care practices.
- Ability to use sign language for communication with non‑verbal clients.
