About the role
Bear Branch Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality veterinary care, and lead a dedicated team of technicians and receptionists.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including leading technician and receptionist teams.
- Handle budgeting and track key performance indicators to drive business development.
- Ensure top‑notch client service and communication by mentoring support staff.
- Split time between managerial duties and direct interaction with the team.
Required profile
- Previous veterinary technician experience required.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to high‑quality veterinary care.
