About the role
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide 1:1 private duty care in Decatur and surrounding communities, offering flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and no weekend requirement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide skilled, one‑to‑one nursing care in the client’s home.
- Follow individualized care plans and clinical guidelines.
- Document care using Statewise electronic charting.
- Communicate with clients and their families about care needs.
- Utilize 24/7 clinical support and mentorship as needed.
Required profile
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

- Competitive pay $35–$38 per hour with weekly pay.
- Flexible full‑time, part‑time, or PRN scheduling; no weekend requirement.
