About the role
BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 private duty care in Decatur and surrounding communities. You will deliver skilled nursing services to a single client in their home, enjoying flexible scheduling and weekly pay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
- Document care using BAYADA’s electronic charting system (Statewise) and communicate with the care team as needed.
Required profile
- Active LPN license in Indiana.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Required skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) clinical competencies.
- Ability to work independently with 24/7 clinical support available.
