RN – Occupational Health

About the role

The RN – Occupational Health will join Cleveland Clinic at Work, providing patient‑first healthcare services to employees across multiple Ohio locations. This part‑time position supports employee wellness, regulatory compliance, and occupational health programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver direct clinical care to employees, including vision screens, venipuncture, TB testing, vaccinations, urine specimen collection, breath alcohol testing, audiometry, spirometry, and respiratory fit testing.
• Work closely with providers on return‑to‑work and workers’ compensation cases, tracking compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, and BWC standards.
• Maintain accurate records of patient conditions, discharge plans, and health assessments, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the clinical manager with scheduling, staffing, and delegation of duties across North Canton, Millersburg, Dundee, and Fredericksburg sites.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Preferred: Occupational Health RN experience and two years of employee health experience with training in COC urine collection, breath alcohol testing, audiology, spirometry, and venipuncture.
