MedTech / CNA - Part Time (1st or 3rd Shift)

About the role

Kisco Senior Living's Sagewood at Daybreak is looking for a part-time CNA/MedTech to deliver quality care by encouraging independence and supporting each resident's physical, social, cultural and intellectual well-being. Available shifts are 6am-2pm or 10pm-6am.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with simple requests as needed
• Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activities
• Provide companionship and build strong resident relationships
• Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures
• Document care provided to residents
• Help keep resident individual service plans current
• Review the 24-hour report and care checklists regularly

Required profile

• High school education or GED equivalent preferred
• Nursing assistant course completion
• CNA certification preferred; First Aid and CPR if required
• Ability to meet state training requirements and/or certifications
• A positive attitude, teamwork and a willingness to bring a smile to work every day
