RN Nurse Manager, Home Health

About the role

Lead clinical care for the Big Island Visits office, mentoring field staff and ensuring every client receives exceptional, compassionate care while enjoying island life with relocation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support field staff in delivering high‑quality, compassionate client care.
• Serve as internal case manager and client advocate, coordinating assignments and care plans.
• Oversee service quality through clinical documentation review and performance metrics.
• Match clinicians to clients, develop and maintain individualized care plans.
• Provide clinical oversight including hiring, competency validation, performance review, education support, and supervision.
• Partner with office leadership and the Clinical Practice Office to launch programs and strengthen training.
• Represent BAYADA in the community, conducting outreach to physicians and facilities.

Required profile

• Active Hawaii RN license in good standing (BSN or Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of home health or community health nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of achieving goals.
