RN – Neonatal ICU

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Health System at Hillcrest Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. You will provide family‑centered care to critically ill newborns and support their families during a challenging time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Record, assess, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and act as primary liaison for patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess and arrange patients’ discharge needs.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least one year of acute care hospital experience or licensed military RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year of employment.
